FEMMEfille is a documentary about the life and death of Isabelle Caro, the self acclaimed
poster child of anorexia, who gained notoriety and fame posing nude for Oliviero Toscani's No-
Anorexia fashion campaign. As her star rose and she blended into the fabric of pop culture,
many became numb not only to what she initially represented but to the fact that she herself was
clearly dying.
